To unlock "NB POwer," first, pass the "Return of the Dragon" XC challenge. Go to 4 button, 5 button, 6 button, or 8 button mode, choosing NB Ranger as your second stage and NB Power as your fourth stage. "NB Power" will now be unlocked in Freestyle for that button mode.
