Go to to the shop menu and highlight BUY, then press Up, Left, Right, Down, Right, Right, C. A sound will play and all items will become available.
Go to the "Load Game" screen, point to any saved game, then press Right, Down, Up, Left, R, Y, Start, X, Z, C.
At the "Load Data" screen press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, X, C.
