• Warehouse Road - Unlock all other stages / 4,000 ryo

The following characters can be unlocked by performing the actions below. After unlocking, they must be purchased in the shop.

• 4th Hokage - Get Hokage rank on ALL 400 missions
• ANBU Kakashi - Beat 40% Missions including the S-Rank for Kakashi, and 20% Missions for all other characters, then redo Kakashi's S-Rank mission, win, and Purchase.
• Anko - Beat Story Mode on Difficulty 2 and Attack Power 2 then Purchase from the Shop
• Asuma - Purchase from Shop or Finish Story Mode then, Purchase other characters
• Baki - Purchase from Shop or Finish Story Mode then, Purchase other characters
• Bando - Earn at least 70,000 ryo altogether
• Chiyo - Beat Story Mode on Difficulty 2 and Attack Power 2 then Purchase from the Shop
• Choji - Beat Story Mode on Difficulty 2 and Attack Power 2 then Purchase from the Shop
• Deidara - Beat Story Mode on Difficulty 2 and Attack Power 2 then Purchase from the Shop
• Hidan - Beat 30% Missions of Deidara, Sasori, Hiruko, Itachi and Kisame, then Purchase from the Shop
• Hinata - Beat Story Mode on Difficulty 2 and Attack Power 2 then Purchase from the Shop
• Hiruko - Beat Story Mode on Difficulty 2 and Attack Power 2 then Purchase from the Shop
• Itachi - Purchase from Shop or Finish Story Mode then, Purchase other characters
• Jawona - Beat Story Mode on Level 3
• Kabuto - Purchase the first set of characters, then go to shop
